The prices advertised on our website and any other literatures are correct at the time of publishing but are subject to change. If any price change occurs after you have placed an order with us, but before receipt of the goods, you will not be expected to pay any altered increased amount.

Delivery charges & delivery procedure:
We usually try to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days following receipt of payment. The actual time taken for goods to reach you will depend on external factors, i.e. postal services. Orders outside of the UK can sometimes take up to 3 weeks. The delivery prices can be located on the checkout section. If on any occasion we have a problem with the destination delivery address we will notify you to either cancel or rearrange your order.

Guarantees, Refunds & Returns:
We will send the goods ordered by you, the customer, to the address you supply. You are expected to receive the goods so that they do not deteriorate. Loss or damage caused by a delay that you are responsible for will be at your risk and cost. We also expect that you will receive the goods as arranged and not break the trust we place in you by failing to make the necessary arrangements to receive them.

Important: Anything found to be unsatisfactory on arrival, must be clearly reported back to us within 7 working days. After notifying us you will be offered an exchange of goods, a repair of goods, a return of goods with a full refund, or a return of goods with a credit note for the same value. Any refunds will be processed as soon as possible and certainly within a 30 day period.

Cancellations must be received on the same day of the order as items will be dispatched the following day after order. After this period cancellations are not possible. Cancellations inside this period will be refunded in full.
